If we think about our lives like a book divided into chapters, over time there’s the closing of one and the beginning of another. And turning the page to transition into a new chapter in life can be challenging for many.Sometimes these chapters are clearly marked like graduation, getting married, having children, being promoted, or retiring.Other times it’s more personal and self-defining as you find yourself following a different path. For instance leaving a long term relationship, the death of a loved one, an unexpected medical diagnosis, taking on addiction, or addressing a mental health problem. For support with successfully moving into your next chapter, contact our Institute now on 1300 103 283 or growth@mindsetfitness.com.au

One of the most common core negative beliefs is “I am not good enough”.This can be a conscious or unconscious belief with many different derivatives and sources. And we can spiral into negative patterns, thinking there’s something wrong with us, that we’re not enough, or we’re broken and we need fixing. This is an illusion and one of the most important lessons we can learn in life.To let go of all the lies we have been telling ourselves. Because underneath it all, you are good enough and whole to begin with. You are meant to be you.And the greatest gift you can give the world is to embrace, love, and live your authentic truth. If this resonates and you want to let go of all the lies, then reach out to our Mindset Fitness Institute on 1300 103 283 or growth@mindsetfitness.com.au

Transform your relationships by choosing to believe the best about the intentions of those you love!Because like everything in life, the narrative you choose to believe will determine the quality of your experiences. And when it comes to long term healthy relationships, here’s what we know. They involve people that choose to believe the best about the intentions of the other person. So what if you were to change your expectations into appreciations? What if you made your happiness a conscious choice and not an automatic response? What if you complained less and complimented your partner more? And what if you were to fight for the relationship you love instead of fighting against the person you love?If you want more joy, love, and laughter in your relationships then reach out to our Institute now on 1300 103 283 or growth@mindsetfitness.com.au

At our Institute we are very proud & privileged to work with elite athletes at the Olympic and World Championship level. And this short clip is a great demonstration of how we can all exercise more emotional regulation and flexibility. To help you develop this skill, here are 3 areas to focus on:1. Cultivate self-awareness - it’s important to not ignore your emotions, so with more self-awareness practice becoming emotionally flexible and working on adapting your emotions to the situation in a positive empowering way.2. Experiential acceptance - what this means is as you work on adapting your emotions to becoming more empowering in the situation, it’s important to take a few beats to accept, process, and release any negative emotions and to bring your awareness back into the present moment. This will allow you to let go of any negative emotions such as frustration, anger, or disappointment and be free in the present moment.3. Focus on the next action – it’s important to move forward with your next best step or right action to achieve the outcome you are looking for. These 3 areas are a great starting point for anyone looking to develop more emotional flexibility, and you don’t have to be an elite athlete as these are relevant in any life arena. If you’d like to go deeper and work on your emotional mastery, contact our Mindset Fitness Institute on 1300 103 283 or email growth@mindsetfitness.com.au
